In this regard, FIECO, has established a Project Management Office (PMO) in an attempt to achieve integrated project management and standardize procedures. This is because the development and improvement of any organization require centralized support and assistance in carrying out projects in terms of time, budget, and required quality level. The key responsibilities of the PMO of FIECO are as follows:
1- Identification and formulation of project management methodology, top solutions, standards, procedures, patterns, and other relevant documents.
2- Integration of project management system with the organization's quality management system.
3- Training, consulting, guidance, monitoring, and supervision of the implementation of all project-related documents (the entire project cycle, from approval to completion in all areas).
4- Improvement and enhancement of the level of knowledge, professional skills, and capabilities of project managers and teams in the field of project management fundamentals.
5- Presentation of project-wide vulnerability and analytical reports.
